Durante este proceso de diferenciaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se produce la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de los mrnas de los receptroes del tnf y del \u00abscavenger receptor a\u00bb (sr-a).  el poli i induce un aumento persistente de la actividad transcripci\u00f3nal de nfkb como consecuencia de la degradaci\u00f3n de ikbbeta y un aumento de la actividad transcripcional de ap1 debido la activaci\u00f3n de las mapks erk, jnk y p38, siendo necesaria la participaci\u00f3n de los dos factores de transcripci\u00f3n para adquisici\u00f3n del fenotipo inflamatorio, pero solamente la de ap1 para el proceso morfog\u00e9nico.  el sulfato de dextrano (sd) inhibe eficazmente tanto el proceso de diferenciaci\u00f3n inducido por poli i como el aumento de la actividad transcripcional de nfkb y de ap1. Adem\u00e1s, la l\u00ednea celular sr negativa nih 3t3 no responde a la estimulaci\u00f3n con polii. Esto sugiere que los srs son los receptores que median la respuesta a poli i en la l\u00ednea celular raw 264.7.
