Por este motivo hemos estudiado su capacidad de inducir apoptosis, su interacci\u00f3n con adn y con oligonucle\u00f3tidos, y los efectos que provoca en el cambio conformacional b &#8211; z del adn.  los resultados obtenidos indican que:  * la inducci\u00f3n de apoptosis por el compuesto trans-(ptcl2(dimetilamina)(isopropilamina)) en c\u00e9lulas a2780cisr est\u00e1 relacionada con la formaci\u00f3n de un nivel alto de aductos intercatenarios en el adn gen\u00f3mico.  * el compuesto trans-(ptcl2(dimetilamina)(isopropilamina)) tambi\u00e9n induce la formaci\u00f3n de aductos intercatenarios en adn de pl\u00e1smidos y en oligonucle\u00f3tidos sint\u00e9ticos de doble cadena. La formaci\u00f3n del aducto intercatenario se produce entre una guanina y su citosina complementaria a diferencia del cisplatino, que produce dicho aducto, mayoritariamente, entre guaninas situadas en cadenas complementarias.  * la formaci\u00f3n de aductos intercatenarios por el compuesto trans-(ptcl2(dimetilamina)(isopropilamina)) retrasa la transici\u00f3n b-dna  &#8211;  z-dna, inducida por nacl.  las conclusiones anteriores muestran que la uni\u00f3n a un centro trans-ptcl2 de diferentes aminas alif\u00e1ticas da lugar a compuestos capaces de vencer la resistencia al cisplatino, que
