Para ello se han utilizado los aparatos de ensayo empleados normalmente en la determinacion de estos parametros.  en la segunda parte del trabajo se han estudiado diversas magnitudes asociadas a la propagacion de una explosion de polvo de carbon. Ello ha aportado informacion valiosa sobre los procesos de combustion que tienen lugar en una explosion de polvo de carbon.  tambien se ha determinado como varia la cantidad de materia inerte que hay que a\u00f1adir a un polvo de carbon dado para que no pueda propagar una explosion a medida que se va aumentando la proporcion presente de metano.  todos estos resultados tienen una repercusion directa en las medidas de seguridad que hay que tomar en las minas de carbon y, en especial, en aquellas en las que existe grisu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
