Las medidas on-wafer de los mismos permiten su emplo en el dise\u00f1o de los circuitos que componen el terminal de gps.  para el desarrollar los distintos bloques se emplea la herramienta de dise\u00f1o de circuitos integrados spectrerf de cadence y se caracterizan los dise\u00f1os por medio de m\u00faltiples simulaciones a nivel postlayout y de medidas on-wafer, verific\u00e1ndose que las prestaciones de los circuitos alcanzan las especificaciones inicialmente establecidas. Esto permite asegurar que el terminal de recepci\u00f3n compuesto por dichos bloques posee las caracter\u00edsticas del gps definidas inicialmente y que son similares a los dispositivos comerciales
