Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Existen numerosos estudios respecto a la eficacia de los sistemas adhesivos en dentina de dientes permanentes, y, sin embargo muy pocos en dentici\u00f3n primaria. El prop\u00f3sito de este estudio es evaluar in vitro los valores de fuerza de adhesi\u00f3n y los patrones de fractura que se obtienen con cinco adhesivos dentinarios sobre dentina de dientes primarios, con y sin presi\u00f3n pulpar simulada. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 150 molares primarios, libres de caries. La superficie para la adhesi\u00f3n se localiz\u00f3 en la cara oclusal, a un mil\u00edmetro de la c\u00e1mara pulpar. Los espc\u00edmenes se dividieron al azar en dos grupos (n=75); en el grupo 1 se aplic\u00f3 presi\u00f3n pulpar, mientras que en el grupo 2 no se aplic\u00f3 dicha presi\u00f3n; cada uno de estos dos grupos se dividi\u00f3 a su vez en cinco subgrupos (n=15), correspondientes a los cinco sistemas de adhesi\u00f3n dentinaria empleados. Estos fueron: scotchbond 1, optibond solo, syntac sprint, prime and bond 2.1 y permaquick. El composite utilizado fue el mismo para todos los sistemas adhesivos (tetric); los mejores resultados, tanto como sin presi\u00f3n pulpar simulada fueron para optibond solo. En las dos condiciones de presi\u00f3n pulpar, los patrones de fracturas adhesivos fueron los mas frecuentes.
