En primer lugar se estudian los m\u00e9todos de reescalado del espectro indispensables para efectuar un c\u00e1lculo adecuado de las fluctuaciones espectrales del sistema. Se establecen las limitaciones que presentan los m\u00e9todos de reescaldo local para el c\u00e1lculo de correlaciones de largo alcance en las fluctuaciones espectrales. M\u00e1s adelante se estudian de manera sistem\u00e1tica las propiedades estad\u00edsticas de los espectros de los n\u00facleos de la capa pf y de la regi\u00f3n del pb. Se demuestra que la interacci\u00f3n de pareamiento es la causa principal de la mayor regularidad de los n\u00facleos semim\u00e1gicos. Estudiando la din\u00e1mica de niveles en matrices del modelo de capas se establece el mecanismo de deslocalizaci\u00f3n de las funciones de onda en la base del campo medio. Finalmente, se define un nuevo modelo para el caos cu\u00e1ntico en sistemas de muchos cuerpos a partir de las matrices de lanczos y se estudian sus propiedades de repulsi\u00f3n de niveles y de
