Las c\u00e9lulas permeabilizadas de la levadura son atrapadas en alginato c\u00e1lcico.  se estudi\u00f3 la estabilidad de la d-amino\u00e1cido oxidasa contenida en las c\u00e9lulas de trigonopsis variabilis permeabilizadas, tanto en suspensi\u00f3n como inmovilizadas en alginato c\u00e1lcico.  en el caso de la estabilidad en condiciones de almacenamiento de las c\u00e9lulas de trigonopsis variabilis en soluci\u00f3n e inmovilizadas, se encuentra un incremento en el tiempo de vida media de 15 a 20 veces a 298 k y de aproximadamente 1,5 veces a 277 k.  en cuanto a la estabilidad de las c\u00e9lulas trigonopsis variabilis, en condiciones de operaci\u00f3n, se aprecia una ca\u00edda inicial de actividad (30-35% en 12 horas), seguida de una posterior estabilizaci\u00f3n (15% en 36 horas).  se estudi\u00f3 la inhibici\u00f3n por alfa-ceto\u00e1cidos, encontr\u00e1ndose en todos los casos estudiados una inhibici\u00f3n de tipo completamente mixto.  se compar\u00f3 la actividad de trigonopsis variabilis oxidasa contenida en las c\u00e9lulas permeabilizadas de trigonopsis variabilis en suspensi\u00f3n e inmovilizadas, frente a temperatura, ph y concentraci\u00f3n de tamp\u00f3n.  se determinaron los coeficientes cin\u00e9ticos a 298 k para las c\u00e9lulas permeabilizadas en suspensi\u00f3n e inmovilizadas.  se calculan los coeficientes de difusi\u00f3n y los factores de eficacia encontr\u00e1ndose que ambos var\u00edan con la cantidad de c\u00e9lulas inmovilizadas en las part\u00edculas de alginato.  se compararon las c\u00e9lulas inducidas y no inducidas, encontr\u00e1ndose existencia resistencia a la difusi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la membrana permeabilizada, sin efectos de entorno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
