El an\u00e1lisis de una gran variedad de situaciones fisiol\u00f3gicas y fisiopatol\u00f3gicas como la regeneraci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica, el desarrollo fetal y la heptogarcinog\u00e9nesis ha permitido demostrar que estas prote\u00ednas de membrana presentan una regulaci\u00f3n diferencial, espec\u00edfica de isoforma y tejido, en funci\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n y del grado de diferenciaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n celular. Del mismo modo existe un fuerte control nutricional, endocrino y por factores de crecimiento que permitir\u00eda la adaptaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas a los diferentes requerimientos de nucle\u00f3sidos, modulando de esta manera la bivasequibilidad a los diferentes f\u00e1rmacos derivados de esos substratos y utilizados frecuentemente en la terapias antivirales y antineopl\u00e1sicas. Estas aportaciones se estan estudiando en la actualidad a nivel transcripcional, gracias a la clonaci\u00f3n de un fragmento de 2kb correspondiente al promotor del gen murino de cnt2, que presenta una frente actividad basal y parece regulable por hormonas glucoconti&#8211; como la dexametasona y por asequibilidad de substrato.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
