Se ha visto que con nuestras t\u00e9cnicas se ha podido reducir el tiempo de c\u00e1lculo de las constantes de propagaci\u00f3n de este tipo de estructuras de una manera espectacular. En segundo lugar, en m\u00f3dulos modernos multichip de gran velocidad vlsi, las interconexiones juegan un papel cada vez m\u00e1s importante. Por eso, es necesario establecer un sistema seguro de dise\u00f1o (modelo de l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n) para que los efectos asociados a las l\u00edneas de interconexi\u00f3n puedan ser analizados. Para optimizar el funcionamiento de los circuitos integrados de alta velocidad y similares como monol\u00edticos de microondas, la inclusi\u00f3n del an\u00e1lisis del crosstalk es muy importante para determinar el buen funcionamiento de los circuitos. Las interconexiones el\u00e9ctricas son unos de los componentes m\u00e1s sensibles a los acomplamientos electromagn\u00e9ticos. Los acoples (tanto inductivos como capacitivos) debidos a las interferencias externas e internas puden afectar seriamente el comportamiento funcional del sistema. En esta tesis, se desarrollan adem\u00e1s por primera vez expresiones anal\u00edticas en forma cerrada para estimar el crosstalk en estructuras multinivel. Este modelo es exactamente comparable con spice, sea para una se\u00f1al de entrada funci\u00f3n rampa o para un funci\u00f3n escal\u00f3n. Al contrario de los modelos existentes en la literatura, nuestro modelo es capaz de analizar estructuras con n l\u00edneas.
