Paz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo de tesis doctoral trata sobre el dise\u00f1o basado en la estructura, la s\u00edntesis estereocontrolada y la posterior evaluaci\u00f3n de la actividad biol\u00f3gica, de una serie de compuestos, ligandos potenciales de receptores nucleares, en concreto, ciclopentenonas y retinoides.  las ciclopentenonas, posibles agonistas del receptor tpar son an\u00e1logos estructurales del agonista natural m\u00e1s potente del receptor, una prostaglandina de la serie j. Se ha abordado la s\u00edntesis de cuatro series de an\u00e1logos de prostaglandinas diferentes, obteniendo tres de ellas con excelentes resultados y llegando a obtener intermedios avanzados en la restante, que conducir\u00e1n a los productos finales en muy pocas etapas.  los ritinoides, posibles ligandos selectivos de rxr, est\u00e1n basados en la estructura del ligando natural, el \u00e1cido 9-cis-retinoico, y se caracteriza por incorporar carbociclos entre las posiciones 9 y 10 de la cadena lateral del retinoide.  los resultados de la actividad biol\u00f3gica han revelado que toda una serie de an\u00e1logos de prostaglandinas muestran afinidad por el receptor; adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n uno de los retinoiedes sintetizados se mostro activo.  por otro lado, se han realizado estudios de modelizaci\u00f3n molecular con el fin de explicar, desde el punto de vista estructural, los resultados biol\u00f3gicos experimentales de los retinoides y se ha llegado a una serie de conclusiones importantes para el dise\u00f1o de nuevos an\u00e1logos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>S\u00edntesis estereocontrolada de retinoides y ciclopentenonas, potenciales ligandos de receptores nucleares<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 S\u00edntesis estereocontrolada de retinoides y ciclopentenonas, potenciales ligandos de receptores nucleares <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Otero Cabredo M.
