el estudio de dos nuevos aspectos de empleo de iminas derivadas de glicina en la sintesis de a-aminoacidos que se basan en la facilidad de generaci\u00f3n de los aniones enolato que de ellas se derivan, y que permiten preparar a-aminoacidos no proteinogenicos conformacionalmente restringuidos  la relativamente elevada acidez de los atomos de hidrogeno en a-de los compuestos 1-2 hace prever la posibilidadde su empleo como pronucleofilos en su adicion a la posicion y de esteres del acido butinoico catalizada por fosfinas, que daria lugar a la formacion de acidos a-alquil-y, s-dideshidrohomoglutamicos.  tal como se recoge en los parrafos anteriores, la acidez de dichos protones a-ha permitido la preparacion de a,b-dideshidroglutamatos (ddglu) directamente a partir de la reacci\u00f3n de los compuestos 1-2 con esteres propiolicos. en este capitulo se abordar\u00e1 el estudio de la posterior funcionalizaci\u00f3n diastereoselectiva de dichos sustratos y su transformacion final en esteres del acido 6-osoperhidropiridazin-3-carboxilico (opcas), los cuales pueden ser considerados como analogos de la prolina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
