Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las dos exoglucanasas secretadas por s.Cerevisiae en fase exponencial (exo i y exo ii) presentan identica composicion de aminoacidos y secuencia aminoterminal. Se ha purificado y caracterizado una nueva exoglucanasa en fases tardias del crecimiento (exo iii), una glicoproteina con identica fraccion proteica a las anteriores y la mitad de contenido en carbohidrato que la exo ii. La exo i se origina por la elongacion de la cadena externa. Estos resultados indican que una misma proteina puede ser susceptible de diversos modelos de glicosilacion.  otra parte del trabajo se ha centrado en el analisis de la transferencia de oligosacaridos truncados a la exoglucanasa por mutantes alj. La incapacidad para glucosilar el oligosacarido unido al lipido donador (alj5, alj6 y alj8), conduce a la sintesis de moleculas subglicosiladas, lo que indica la dificultad de transferencia de dichos oligosacaridos a la proteina, la cual es mayor cuando no estan presentes ninguna de las tres glucosas (alj5 y alj6).
