De este modo, los geles obtenidos en estas condiciones difieren de los obtenidos por el procedimiento clasico en dilucion alcoholica. En el caso de geles del sistema tio2-sio2, el proceso de agregacion se acelera de forma continua a medida que el contenido en tio2 se hace mayor. Los resultados de difusion central muestran que el crecimiento de los agregados tiene lugar de acuerdo a una geometria que se ajusta al modelo de \u00abpelotas estadisticas\u00bb propuesto por zimm. Respecto a los geles secados en condiciones hipercriticas, los sonogeles presentan una mayor densidad y superficie especifica. Los resultados apuntan a una estructura constituida por particulas y poros mas peque\u00f1os lo que los hace precursores mas adecuados para la elaboracion de ceramicas
