Se hace un repaso de los instrumentos tecnol\u00f3gicos que han servido como herramientas de comunicaci\u00f3n, y se estudia en profundidad los usos, servicios, ventajas e inconvenientes de una intranet.  ante este nuevo escenario la comunicaci\u00f3n en todas sus direcciones (ascendentes, descendentes, horizontal y transversal) se ve profundamente afectada, ofreciendo a los usarios no ser meramente consumidores de informaci\u00f3n sino tambi\u00e9n generadores de la misma.  con el an\u00e1lisis de veinte empresas de diferentes sectores y tama\u00f1os, se comprueba la eficacia de esta nueva herramienta para la creaci\u00f3n, acceso y distribuci\u00f3n del recurso informaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para el afianzamiento de la cultura corporativa y la gesti\u00f3n del
