De las dos poblaciones de mastocitos estudiadas solo presentan heterogeneidad de respuesta la dactinomicina, etopoxido y cisplatino con mayor sensibilidad en la poblacion de pleura en la mayoria de ellos existe una disminucion en la respuesta maxima al eliminar el calcio externo. En los 7 ciclos obtenemos menor respuesta con los agentes combinados que solos.
