La gestion de recursos humaos juega un papel fundamental en el desarrollo del aprendizaje organizativo, pues este se basa en primera instancia en el aprendizaje de los individuos que integran la organizaci\u00f3n.  en este trabajo de investigacion desarrollamos y validamos una escala de medida de la capacidad de aprendizaje de una organizaci\u00f3n. Esta escala permite identificar las dimensiones del aprendizaje, poniendo de manifiesto su car\u00e1cter complejo. Analizamos la influencia que distintas estrategias de recursos humanos ejercen sobre la capacidad de aprendizaje, y la incidencia de esta sobre tres medidas de resultado(productividad, roa, y roe). Todo ello sobre una muestra de empresas fabricantes pertenecientes al sector quimico.  los resultados muestran que determinadas estrategias de recursos humanos(baja rotacion de personal, formacion continua, rotacion de puestos&#8230;)Ejercen un efecto positivo sobre la capacidad de aprendizaje y que se necesita un horizonte temporal largo para que esta capacidad influya sobre los resultados de
