Los resultados muestran: 1) una marcada estimulacion de la secrecion de gh por ghrp-6 que es facilitadas por estrogenos, testosterona y hormonas tiroideas y antagonizada por acidos grasos y glucococorticoides. 2) la deficiencia en acido retinoico induce una alteracion en la pulsatilidad de gh sin afectar la respuesta hipofisaria a grf o ghrp-6. Y 3) el metodo de extraccion continua es adecuado para estudios precisos y dinamicos de la secrecion de gh.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
