Pilar Emilia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo, utilizando metodos morfometricos-estereometricos hemos cuantificado en terminos de diametro, volumen, coeficiente de forma, coeficiente de diversidad, relacion superficie\/volumen y ecuacion de crecimiento las diferentes estructuras componentes de ovocitos y embriones humanos. Durante la maduracion se produce un aumento volumetrico del ovoplasma, zona interna y zona pelucida. En la fecundacion el volumen ovoplasmico se reduce un 10%. En etapas de segmentacion los volumenes de la suma de los blastomeros, zona interna y zona pelucida permanecen estadisticamente incambiables. Sin embargo, en las etapas embrionarias de 2 a 8 celulas, los blastomeros reducen su volumen en cada division un 28,5%, cambiando su forma desde una esfera irregular a un cuerpo elipsoidal (coeficiente de forma de 0.96 y 0.8 respectivamente). Su relacion superficie\/volumen aumento progresivamente durante las etapas de segmentacion, asi como su coeficiente de diversidad. En estas etapas de segmentacion la ecuacion de crecimiento fue d=1,165.D1,0699.
