Sobre ellas se determinan un total de 31 parametros: calibrado (peso, ancho, largo), textura, grado brix ph, acidez total, vitamina c, humedad, proteinas, grasa, glucosa, fructosa, almidon, fibra, sacarosa, ac. Quinico, malico y citrico, cenizas, taninos, na, k, ca, mg, fe, cu, zn, mn y fosfatos. Se realiza la evolucion en el nispero y en el caqui. Se efectua una comparacion de los resultados obtenidos para cada parametro para cada una de las frutas y un tratamiento estadistico de todos los resultados obtenidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
