Los sistemas enzimaticos utilizados fueron:  a)oxidacion de glucosa en presencia de glucosa-oxidasa.  b)oxidacion de alanina en presencia de d-aminoacido-oxidasa.  para la interpretacion de los resultados se desarrolla un modelo basado en la transferencia de oxigeno gas-liquido seguida de su reaccion en el seno de la fase liquida al que se incorpora un mecanismo de absorcion directa en la interfase por las moleculas de enzima absorbidas sobre la misma. Este modelo permite simular los resultados experimentales.  se han determinado los parametros cineticos de los dos sistemas estudiados en los intervalos de las variables de operacion
