Se analizan, ademas, los agentes biologicos que regulan la expresion de estos antigenos y se estudian los factores asociados a la transformacion celular de sospechado efecto sobre la expresion de los antigenos hla.  un total de 118 muestras correspondientes a 69 pacientes afectos de cancer laringeo y cuatro lineas celulares humanas, una de ellas de origen laringeo, han servido para concluir que:  1) la falta de expresion de hla clase i en tumores de laringe esta ligada a un defecto de regulacion transcripcional y no a un problema genetico (genes hla-a o hla-b).  2) la mutacion puntual de h-ras no esta ligada a cambios en la expresion de antigenos hla i y ii.  3) se ha encontrado una alta frecuencia de papilomavirus hpv-16 en el cancer laringeo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
