Nieves <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral, se ha pretendido caracterizar las proteinas de trypanosoma cruzi que aparecen en el nucleo de la celula parasitada. Para ello, se aislaron nucleos de celulas parasitadas con las que se inmunixaron ratones con ayuda de liposomas o coadyuvante de freund. Posteriormente se obtuvo el suero de dichos ratones y las ig g de los mismos se separaron por cromatografia de afinidad y se ligaron a sepharosa, formando una columna de sepharosa-ig g. Por esta columna se cromatografiaron nucleos de celulas hela no parasitadas, parasitadas por t. Cruzi, y extractos de formas epimastigotas, metaciclicas y amastigotas de t.  cruzi. Con las fracciones que ligaron a dicha columna, se realizaron electroforesis de poliacrilamida para la determinacion de proteinas, y ensayos de transcriptasa inversa, en presencia y en ausencia de 2 inhibidores de la misma: suramina y ddctp. Tambien se probo la accion de estos inhibidores de la transcriptasa inversa sobre la capacidad de multiplicacion de t. Cruzi en su celula hospedadora a las 24, 48 y 72 horas de la infeccion.  tambien se ha estudiado la presencia de particulas semejantes a virus asociadas a t.
