Este resultado ha sido posible al detectar y utilizar una transicion termica del proteolipido nativo como observable de su conformacion.  se ha reconstituido por primera vez el proteolipido purificado con detergentes, utilizando los propios lipidos naturales de la mielina. Se han realizado estudios de calorimetria diferencial de barrido y espectroscopia infraroja de transformada de fourier con esta proteina reconstituida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
