El metodo de preparacion es la descarga luminiscente de radiofrecuencia. Las laminas se han caracterizado optica y electricamente. Se ha estudiado sistematicamente la influencia de cada uno de los parametros de preparacion sobre las propiedades de las peliculas, y se han correlacionado los resultados teniendo en cuenta los modelos existentes.
