Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El estudio realizado de la matriz nuclear en alliumcepa, nos ha permitido conocer las notables analogias ultraestructurales y funcionales que presenta en relacion con la matriz nuclear de celulas animales, aunque su composicion quimica se asemeja mas a la de eucariotas inferiores y sus elementos internos parecen ser estables frente a procedimientos extractivos que resultan drasticos en algunos tipos celulares animales. La organizacion estructural de la matriz esta mantenida basicamente por proteinas situadas en el rango 63-50kd. A las que se asocian dependiendo del protocolo experimental distintas proteinas nucleares.
