Los mejores resultados se obtuvieron con las dos primeras. La sintesis se llevaron a cabo mediante la siguiente secuencia de etapas: tratamiento previo, formacion del gel, envejecimiento y cristalizacion, investigandose en cada una de ellas la influencia de las variables mas significativas y optimizandose las condiciones para cada una de ellas. Los mejores resultados se obtuvieron cristalizando geles a baja temperatura, en una sola etapa. Las zeolitas obtenidas cumplen todas las especificaciones (capacidad de cambio, distribucion de tama\u00f1os de particula y blancura) necesarias para su uso en detergentes. Finalmente se ha comprobado la posibilidad de reutilizacion de las aguas madres obtenidas, circunstancia indispensable para la viabilidad economica del proceso, ya que reduce el consumo de alcali y el coste de acondicionamiento de las aguas residuales. Utilizando como criterio de extrapolacion la constancia de la relacion potencia comunicada\/volumen de reaccion, se consiguieron reproducir en una instalacion de planta piloto los resultados
