Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los trabajos de investigacion incluidos en esta tesis doctoral, han tenido un doble objetivo, por una parte se ha evaluado la tecnica de dilucion isotopica empleando 15-n para determinar la eficacia de la fijacion simbiotica de nitrogeno en leguminosas-grano y por otra parte se ha determinado la incidencia de factores exogenos en la nutricion integral de las referidas especies. La tecnica de dilucion isotopica ha resultado altamente eficaz en la determinacion del nitrogeno fijado simbioticamente, en contraste con otras tecnicas indirectas que en muchos casos resultan imperfectas y contradictorias, ello ha permitido su aplicacion en la seleccion de cepas de rhizobium y en la valoracion del nitrogeno fijado por distintas especies de leguminosas en funcion de otros parametros nutricionales. El estado nutricional de las leguminosas mejora con una buena inoculacion, mientras que con una fertilizacion nitrogenada no es posible alcanzar cotas optimas en el contenido de nitrogeno en plata.
