Las medidas concuerdan con las obtenidas mediante espectroscopia de aniquilacion de positrones, utilizada tambien en este trabajo. Desde el punto de vista de la distribucion local de defectos, se ha comprobado que tampoco es uniforme alrededor de las dislocaciones, existiendo difusion de vacantes y de defectos de antiestructura hacia las dislocaciones. Los resultados en gap y en inp policristalinas muestran que tambien existe segregacion de defectos puntuales hacia las fronteras de grano. Por otras parte, el contraste en las imagenes de microscopia electroacustica de barrido en los policristales, es muy intenso en las maclas y no siempre es intenso en las fronteras de
