Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado el efecto del tratamiento con putrescina exogena sobre diferentes parametros fisiologicos en evernia prunastri (l) ach. (Contenido en arn, actividad arnasa, contenido y secrecion de proteinas, peso seco).  la poliamina es captada por el talo liquenico dependiendo del estado protonado de la molecula y del desarrollo de la actividad diamino oxidasa, todo ello funcion del valor del ph extracelular. Se ha puesto a punto un metodo de hplc (con deteccion por fluorescencia) que permite la cuantificacion de los niveles de endogenos de putrescina, espermidina y espermina, tanto en forma libre como conjugada, en funcion del tiempo y del ph extracelular.  la putrescina es internalizada de forma pasiva y mediante un mecanismo de difusion facilitada, cuyo transportador exhibe una cinetica michaeliana, siendo, asi mismo, adsorbida al exterior del talo. El sistema transportador es comun para poliaminas, siendo espermidina y espermina inhibidores competitivos del transporte de putrescina.
