Manuel De La <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo, se han realizado estudios para profundizar en el conocimiento de los procesos morfogeneticos que ocurren en levadura, utilizando dos aborajes:  1) purificacion, caracterizacion y clonacion de enzimas implicados en los procesos de autolisis.  concretamente las endo. 1-3-b-glucanas presentes en extractos de la cepa r22c de s.Cervisiae carente de la actividad exoglucanasica mayoritaria.  2) caracterizacion, con tecnicas de citometria de flujo y crecimiento en fermentador, de mutantes autoliticos termosensibles de s.Cerervisiae portadores de las mutaciones lyt2-1 y lyt1-1.  ademas, se ha realizado un analisis de estos mutantes autoliticos termosensibles, para comprobar su posible utilidad industrial para la produccion de proteinas
