{"id":15539,"date":"2002-11-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-11-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/degradabilidad-ruminal-y-digestibilidad-intestinal-de-la-alfalfa-verde\/"},"modified":"2002-11-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2002-11-02T00:00:00","slug":"degradabilidad-ruminal-y-digestibilidad-intestinal-de-la-alfalfa-verde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-agrarias\/degradabilidad-ruminal-y-digestibilidad-intestinal-de-la-alfalfa-verde\/","title":{"rendered":"Degradabilidad ruminal y digestibilidad intestinal de la alfalfa verde"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jes\u00fas Far\u00eda M\u00e1rmol <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se evalu\u00f3 la composici\u00f3n f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica, la degradabilidad ruminal y la digestibilidad intestinal de 12 muestras de la alfalfa (medicago sativa), 10 de ellas en verde, provenientes de cuatro edades de madurez: 2,4,6 y 8 semanas (2s,4s,6s y 8s) y seis \u00e9pocas de corte (1c,2c; 3c,4c,5c y 6c), m\u00e1s dos muestras de alfalfa desecadas (una henificada, h y otra deshidratada, ad). La degradabilidad ruminal estimada por el m\u00e9todo in situ y la tasa de tr\u00e1nsito ruminal fue determinada con tres corderos provistos de c\u00e1nulas ruminales (grupo 1) y la digestibilidad intestinal en tres corderos con c\u00e1nulas en el duodeno (grupo 2). Ambos grupos fueron alimentados en periodos experimentales sucesivos con una raci\u00f3n mixta constituida por heno de alfalfa y pienso concentrado comercial en una relaci\u00f3n 2:1 (raci\u00f3n f) y 1:2 (raci\u00f3n c), ofrecidas a un nivel de ingesti\u00f3n de 40 g de ms\/kg de pv0.75 en dos comidas iguales al d\u00eda. La degradabilidad rumial de todas las muestras evaluadas y la digestibilidad intestinal de seis de ellas (2s, 4s, 6s, 8s, h y ad) fue estimada con la raci\u00f3n f. Mientras que con la raci\u00f3n c solo se determin\u00f3 la degradabilidad efectiva (de) y la digestibilidad intestinal (di) de cuatro muestras (2s, 8s, h, ad).  la (de) de las alfalfas verdes fue 66,4% para materia seca (ms) y 83,2% para la prote\u00edna bruta (pb) la de de la ms para la alfalfa verde evidenci\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n en forma lineal y cuadr\u00e1tica (p&lt;0,001) a medida que avanzaba el estado de madurez. La de de la pb mostr\u00f3 la misma tendencia lineal y cuadratica (p&lt;0,001 y p=0,003), sin embargo, las variaciones fueron moderadas con valores medios de 89,6; 83,2; 79,1 y 81,7% respectivamente. La \u00e9poca de corte ocasion\u00f3 diferencias significativas en todos los par\u00e1metros de la cin\u00e9ticas de degradaci\u00f3n ruminal y en la de tanto de la ms como la pb. la de de la ms no mostr\u00f3 cambios significativos por efectos del tipo de raci\u00f3n.
