En este tipo de cultivos se ha estudiado el efecto de la interaccion en las velocidades de crecimiento de ambos tipos de bacterias, asi como en la composicion de la leche.  tambien se ha determinado el efecto de diversos tratamientos termicos y mecanicos y del contenido en grasa de la leche sobre la sintesis de proteasa y lipasa extracelular de pseudomonas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
