El consumo reiterado y monotono de dichas semillas provoca el sindrome denominado latirismo. Dentro de este, se observa el neurolatirismo cuya patogenia es aun desconocida.  los aminonitrilos son productores de radicales libres por medio de la formacion del grupo giano.  hemos puesto a punto la tecnica de cultivos celulares nerviosos para poder estudiar el efecto del bapn sobre las neuronas.  asi, determinaremos el grado de toxicidad de dicha sustancia calculando la diso. Valoraremos las alteraciones morfologicas que provoca el bapn sobre las celulas nerviosas.  asimismo, estudiaremos mediante tecnicas citoquimicas las alteraciones del bapn sobre la acetil
