El empleo de la catodoluminiscencia (cl) y la microscopia electroacustica de barrido (meab) de forma combinada nos ha permitido obtener resultados nuevos tanto acerca de las posibilidades de aplicacion de estas tecnicas a semiconductores iii-v como sobre la caracterizacion de las obleas mencionadas de ga as.  asimismo se ha abordado el problema de la homogeneidad de las obleas de ga as
