Las propiedades opticas se estudian combinando espectroscopias de absorcion y emision. Los espectros se interpretan con modelos teoricos de estructura de bandas tipo k.P y kronig-penney. Se observan por vez primera transiciones tipo i y tipo ii (con separacion espacial de portadores). Tanto en superredes con ajuste de red como en las que no lo tienen se establecen los parametros necesarios para dise\u00f1ar estructuras complejas basadas en ellas mediante espectroscopia raman se estudia la dinamica de la red de las superredes, obteniendo informacion de los distintos modos (confinados y propagativos) de vibracion, cerca y lejos de resonancia con transiciones interbanda
