Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La produccion de microcina b17 (mccb17) depende de la actividad de los genes plasmidicos mcbabcdef, y de varios genes del cromosoma de e. Coli.  esta memoria se centra en el estudio de tres mutantes cromosomicos defectivos en la produccion de mccb17. El trabajo efectuado ha permitido caracterizar dos genes adyacentes, localizados en el minuto 96. Uno de ellos, pmba, se requiere para la produccion del antibiotico; al otro, x96, no le hemos podido atribuir ninguna funcion.
