La radiacion estudiada abarca desde el espectro visible hasta los rayos x ultra blandos por lo que se ha obtenido informacion relevante de las capas externas e intermedias de los atomos y moleculas. Los resultados obtenidos pueden resumirse en tres apartados:  1.- Medida de secciones eficaces y funciones de excitacion por impacto con electrones de atomos y primeros iones de gases nobles.  2.- Estudios de los plasmas generados por laser en blancos metalicos y gaseosos.  3.- Estudios de emision de rayos x blandos producidos mediante radiacion sincrotron monocromatizada y colisiones de
