El trabajo intenta sistematizar, ordenada y empiricamente el estudio de una libertad publica, como la informativa.  consistiendo en el seguimiento y analisis del periodico, sobre todo en la etapa independiente, es decir desde 1966 a 1971, y en las repercusiones que en otros tuvo el cierre del mismo.  se han analizado las diferentes disposiciones reguladoras de la libertad de expresion, desde
