Villalba Navarro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha estudiado la presencia, distribucion y las caracteristicas morfologicas, opticas y ultraestructurales, e histoenzimologicas de las neuronas que contienen el neuropeptido c-pon en el telencefalo de la rata y del erizo. Para ello, se han empleado distintas tecnicas inmunocitoquimicas a nivel optico (inmunofluorescencia indirecta) y electronica (pap), y tecnicas histoenzimologicas, realizandose tambien impregnaciones con la tecnica de golgi en secciones.  nuestros resultados han puesto de manifiesto que este neuropeptido esta ampliamente distribuido en el cerebro anterior de ambas especies animales, encontrandose asociado a una poblacion especifica de neuronas, concretamente a neuronas de tama\u00f1o medio sin espinas, en el neoestriado y a interneuronas, en la corteza cerebral.  la presencia y semejanza que existe entre ambos animales, apoya la conservacion evolutiva de este neuropeptido y su participacion en circuitos basicos intrtraestriatales e intracorticales, mantenidos durante la evolucion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio inmunocitoquimico del neuropeptido c-pon en el cerebro anterior de mamiferos: distribucion y caracterizacion de los elementos neuronales que lo contienen.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio inmunocitoquimico del neuropeptido c-pon en el cerebro anterior de mamiferos: distribucion y caracterizacion de los elementos neuronales que lo contienen. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 Rosa M.
