Para comprobar la posible interacci\u00f3n entre ambos f\u00e1rmacos a nivel de la adsorci\u00f3n a la colestiramina se han realizado una serie de ensayos in vitro de forma que se encuentren los dos f\u00e1rmacos a nivel de la adsorci\u00f3n a la colestiramina se han realizado una serie de ensayos in vitro de forma que se encuentren los dos f\u00e1rmacos en el medio, de forma simult\u00e1nea y secuencial, en condiciones de ph 6 a diferentes concentraciones. El metotrexato y el levofolinato remanente al finalizar los ensayos se han valorado por cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta eficacia. En todos los casos se han cuantificado el porcentaje de f\u00e1rmaco unido a la colestiramina al finalizar los ensayos. Adem\u00e1s se ha apllicado los modelos de freundlich, langmuir y bet en los ensayos de adsorci\u00f3n de cada f\u00e1rmaco por separado, y el modelo de langmuir multivariante en los ensayos simult\u00e1neos.  la uni\u00f3n del metotrexato a la colestirmaina se ajusta mejor al modelo de langmuir, que asume una adsorci\u00f3n gradual en monocapa, siendo mayor la capacidad de uni\u00f3n a ph 6. La uni\u00f3n del levofolinato a la colestiramina se ajusta mejor al modelo de b.E.T., Que asume una adsorci\u00f3n gradual en multicapa. La estabilidad del complejo metotrexato-colestiramina es menor a ph 7. En condiciones de ph 6, el complejo levofolinato-colestiramina es menos estable que el complejo metotrexato-colestiramina.
