Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudian la cristalizaci\u00f3n de sulfato de litio y formiato de litio por adici\u00f3n a una disoluci\u00f3n acuosa de estas sales de un tercer componente o agente precipitante inmiscible con la disoluci\u00f3n que d\u00e9 lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de dos fases l\u00edquidas y una fase s\u00f3lida precipitada. Se analiza las condiciones requeridas para tal agente y se selecionan los alcoholes: n-butanol y 2-propanol y las aminas: tea (trietilamina) y dipa (diisopropilamina) como posibles precipitantes para la cristalizaci\u00f3n extractiva de estas sales. Se presenta los resultados experimentales de los equilibrios l\u00edquido-l\u00edquido-s\u00f3lido de cada uno de los sistemas ternarios sal\/agua\/agente precipitante saturados con sal y los equilibrios l\u00edquido-l\u00edquido de estos mismos sistemas subsaturados de sal.  tomando como base los datos de equilibrio, se se\u00f1alan las pautas a seguir para seleccionar las temperaturas de operaci\u00f3n convenientes para la cristalizaci\u00f3n y la posterior regenaci\u00f3n del agente precipitante. Con esta informaci\u00f3n se realizan experimentos de cristalizaci\u00f3n en continuo en un msmp de sulfato y formiato de litio por adici\u00f3n de dipa a disoluciones acuosas de sales, operando simpre en la zona de dos fases l\u00edquidas. Para el caso del sulfato de litio, adem\u00e1s se han determinado las curvas de densidades de poblaci\u00f3n considerando un crecimiento cristalino independiente del tama\u00f1o, a partir de las cuales se han obtenido las cin\u00e9ticas de nucleaci\u00f3n y crecimiento, y el orden cin\u00e9tico de la cristalizaci\u00f3n.
