Victoria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nuestro fin al caracterizar fenotipicamente las celulas mononucleares en los fluidos pleurales ha sido comprobar la hipotesis de que distintas estimulaciones antigenicas pueden producir respuestas inmunes mediadas por diferentes subpoblaciones celulares a nivel pleural.Se estudiaron derrames pleurales y sangre periferica de pacientes agrupados en tuberculosos, neoplasicos y otro grupo no filiable. Se caracterizaron sus celulas mononucleares fenotipicamente con los antigenos aceti-cd3, cd4, cd8, cd19, cd16, hla clase i y clase ii.  las muestras se analizaron por citometria de flujo.  en los derrames tuberculosos hubo un aumento significativo en liquido pleural de celulas cd3+, cd4+, anti clase ii+ con respecto a sangre.
