A ambientes de baja salinidad; procediendose a analizar las modificaciones de las celulas adenohipofisarias implicadas en los procesos osmorreguladores, y a analizar las variaciones plasmaticas durante distintos tipos de aclimatacion a ambientes hipoosmoticos.  del estudio se deduce que:  1) en los ejemplares de sparus aurata adaptados a ambientes hipoosmoticos, las celulas de prl muestran un incremento en la actividad de sintesis y secrecion.  2) el eje hipotalamo-hipofisario-adrenal esta estimulado, mostrando un mayor vertido de:  i) crf a nivel neurohipofisario, ii) acth a nivel adenohipofisario, iii) cortisol a nivel interrenal.  3) las celulas sintetizadoras de gh tambien aumentan su actividad celular en estos ambientes.  4) en la pi las celulas msh se encuentran moderadamente estimuladas, mientras las celulas pas no se afectan por la hipoosmolaridad.  5) la dorada muestra una buena capacidad de adaptacion a ambientes de baja salinidad, caracterizandose por su
