Se ha elaborado un modelo teorico basado en el fenomeno de compartimentacion de solutos inherente al sistema de micelas inversas. El modelo simula el efecto de los parametros micelasres w. (Agua)\/(surfactante) (tama\u00f1o de la micela inversa) y o=%agua v\/v (concentracion de micelas inversas) sobre la velocidad de la reaccion enzimatica. El estudio experimental de tirosinasa en micelas inversas de brij 96\/ciclohexano y de colesterol oxidasa y quimotripsina en aerosol ot\/isooctano, revela la capacidad del modelo para describir el comportamiento del enzima en estos sistemas:  entre otros aspectos cabe destacar la descripcion satisfactoria de la superactivacion de enzimas y de dependencias aparentes tipo acampanado de la velocidad de reaccion respecto del tama\u00f1o de la micela inversa debido a efectos de dilucion.  tripsina y su inhibidor macromolecular de semilla de soja se estudiaron en micelas inversas para demostrar que la interaccion entre macromoleculas en estos sistemas es dependiente del transporte de materia en el sistema via fusion de micelas inversas, mientras que para peque\u00f1as moleculas el
