Las ratas portadoras de este tumor, presentan un aumento de reabsorcio tubular renal de calcio, que desaparece tras extirpar el tumor. Este aumento de la reabsorcion tubular de calcio se produce, en parte, por un aumento de la actividad ca2+ mg2+- at pasa de membrana basolateral de la celula epitelial renal, producido por un aumento de la afinidad por el calcio por parte de la enzima, la proteina relacionada con la parathormona, sintetizada por ese tumor, no hemos podido confirmar \u00abinvitro\u00bb su papel sobre el transporte de calcio en el ri\u00f1on de la rata, porque quizas sea necesario una accion prolongada de la proteina o la participacion de otros productos tumorales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
