El modelo tiene en cuenta las limitaciones difusionales internas y la reaccion sigue una cinetica de michaelis-menten reversible con inhibicion competitiva por producto, que engloba otras mas sencillas.  para comprobar la validez de dicho modelo, se ha realizado la correspondiente experimentacion con el sistema enzimatico o-nitrofenil-beta-galactopiranosido\/beta-galactosidasa inmovilizada en vidrio poroso, siguiendo el curso de la reaccion espectrofotometricamente ya que uno de los productos de la hidrolisis, el o-nitrofenol, es coloreado a ph basico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
