Para ello se han analizado las propiedades de aminoacilasas fungicas comerciales, tales como las condiciones optimas de actuacion enzimatica, las constantes cineticas y de equilibrio, asi como el efecto de alcoholes y polioles en el propio equilibrio de reaccion como en las actividades hidrolitica y sintetica de la misma.  se ha analizado el comportamiento de la enzima en dos reactores, uno el tubular de lecho fijo con deae-sephadex como soporte de inmovilizacion, y el otro un reactor continuo de tanque agitado con la enzima retenida por ultrafiltracion. Se han determinado las mejores condiciones de operacion, los valores de productividad y la estabilidad operacional en continuo.  se han comparado los resultados experimentales obtenidos, con tal de seleccionar el reactor mas adecuado para llevar a cabo la biotransformacion.  el reactor laminar con aminoacilasa inmovilizada a membranas de nylon de intercambio anionico presento productividades y estabilidades operacionales muy superiores a las de los otros dos reactores, siendo un reactor que se puede aplicar a la resolucion racemica de l-valina a escala de
