Esta metodolog\u00eda se aplica a la resolucion de la noradrenalina.  2) preparacion de amidas opticamente activas.- Se obtienen amidas de conf. S, a partir del (i)-2-cloropropionato de etilo y aminas, utilizando ccl como catalizador. Se estudia la influencia del sustrato, nucleofilo, disolvente y temperatura sobre la enantioselectividad de la reaccion.  3) sintesis de amidas con dos centros quirales.- A partir de un ester y una amina racemicos, y utilizando como catalizador una lipasa o una proteasa se obtienen amidas con elevado e.E. Y e.D.  4) sintesis de amidas propargilicas.- La lipasa de candida cylindracea cataliza la reaccion entre el propiolato de etilo y aminas aromaticas.  5) preparacion de cianhidrinas quirales a partir
