Paz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo se centra en el estudio de 12 fuentes puntuales iras brillantes no asociadas seleccionadas a partir del censo de scalise et al. (1989). Estas fuentes tienen densidades de flujo a 60 o 100  m 103 jy y no aparecen en ninguno de los 37 catalogos considerados para buscar asociaciones con fuentes iras. Se realizaron obsers. De radio continuo en 6 y 2 cm con el vla, y con una sola antena, en el observatorio de haystack, en las transiciones de inversion (1,1) y (2,2) del nh3 y en la transicion rotacional 616-523 del vapor de agua. De las 12 fuentes, 6 presentan emision de radio continuo, nh3 y maser de h2o y todas ellas muestran, al menos, una de estas 3 emisiones. Las obsers. De radio continuo revelaron la existencia de fuentes asociadas en 10 de los 12 casos, y sus indices espectrales olanos son consistentes con la emision proviniente de regiones hii opticamente delgadas.  las correspondientes obsers. De nh3 permitieron la determinacion de su distancia cinematica y, por tanto la 1. Estimacion confiable de su luminosidad. En todas las fuentes detectadas, el nh3 indica que el gas esta caliente ( 20 k) sugiriendo la asociacion del gas molecular con fuentes internas de calentamiento.
