Josefa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el conejo consciente la administracion de farmacos adrenergicos determinan efectos tanto excitadores como inhibidores. En relacion al metabolismo inorganico adrenalina (ad), salbutamol (salb) y noradrenalina (nad) (agonistas beta-1 y beta-2) evocan respuesta hipocalemica que se bloquea con ici y atenolol (antagonistas beta-2 y beta-1) por activacion de la bomba na-k atpasa. Ad induce hipercalemia inicial por estimulo alfa puesto que se reproduce con amidefrina (amid) y clonidina (clo) (alfa-1 y alfa-2). Salb (0,5ug\/kg\/min) induce hipercalemia que se bloquea con ici asi los receptores beta-2 participaran en este efecto. En relacion al metabolismo de carbohidratos ad induce hiperlactacidemia por estimulo beta-2 y el lactato liberado contribuira en parte al mantenimiento de la respuesta hiperglucemiante. Ad y clo producen inhibicion de la secrecion de insulina, bloqueada con idazoxan (idz) por estimulo alfa-2. Clo deprime la respuesta insulino secretora de amid mientras que idz potencia la secrecion de insulina inducida por glucosa disminuyendo la hiperglucemia.
